You click Connect Facebook in the TatuZone Dashboard, at that point you will be asked to allow our app "TatuZone" to access your profile, then you will be asked to select the page you will allow us to manage.
You can remove our access to your page at any time, click here for help on how to do this. You may also do this via the TatuZone Dasboard or contact us at support@TatuZone.com and we can remove the stored API key which will stop further publishing to your page.
No Third-Party will have access to any of the Facebook data you have allowed us access to.
All API keys are stored on a secured server and are not publicly available. All uploads to your Facebook page are completed server side to ensure maximum security. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services or Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Our service will allow your customers to check-in before they arrive at the venue for their activity. In some cases minors will attend the venue but they will be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You can define what the age treshold is for minors in the TatuZone Dashboard, by default the age is 14. The data we record for minors is forename, surname and date of birth - this will be provided by the accompanied parent or guardian.
Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may contact us using the contact information provided.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
