In this privacy policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 1. How will our apps use your device?

To ensure our Apps work as expected, we may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in the device settings.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering to our Services & when participating in activities on our Services or Apps.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services or Apps, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

  • Publicly Available Personal Information. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, nickname, email addresses, social media details, and other similar data.
  • Credentials. We collect & fully encrypt passwords, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
  • Social Media Login Data. We provide you with the option to connect your Facebook social media account. If you choose to use this feature, we will collect the Information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR FACEBOOK LOGIN" below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services or Apps. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services or Apps and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services or Apps, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Data collected through our Apps

If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following:

  • Customer Photos. This allows us to deliver our service, whether it's printing or uploading the photo to Facebook.
  • Customer Data. You have the option to provide your customers' email address, this allows us to send them a copy of their photo. We will also store the team name & escape time if provided. See "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR CUSTOMERS' EMAIL ADDRESS" below.

3. How do we habdle your customers' email address?

By providing a customers' email to us, you confirm they have read and agreed to your privacy policy when registering to your service. Your privacy policy should also explain that their data may be shared with third parties in order to enhance their service.

We will automatically send an email to the email address provided with the following content:

  • A direct link to their Facebook photo, with the option to share it to their social media.
  • Links to your review sites (if you have provided them in the TatuZone dashboard)

Unless otherwise agreed, we will only make contact with the email address provided twice. First time, to deliver the email mentioned above, second time, to send a reminder email to leave a review if they have not interacted with that section of the email first time round.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information collected via our Services or Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To facilitate the photo uploading process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate the photo uploading process for the performance of the contract. See the section below headed "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR FACEBOOK LOGIN" for further information.
  • To deliver services to the user. We may use your information to provide you with the requested service.

5. How we handle your Facebook Integration

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the Services or Apps. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy policy to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

How do we use your data?

None of your personal data from Facebook will be stored on our database, the only data we will store on our database is a unique token that allows us to publish to your selected Facebook Page.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the Services or Apps. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy policy to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

How do we get your consent?

You click Connect Facebook in the TatuZone Dashboard, at that point you will be asked to allow our app "TatuZone" to access your profile, then you will be asked to select the page you will allow us to manage.

How do I withdraw my consent?

You can remove our access to your page at any time, click here for help on how to do this. You may also do this via the TatuZone Dasboard or contact us at support@TatuZone.com and we can remove the stored API key which will stop further publishing to your page.

Third-Party Services

No Third-Party will have access to any of the Facebook data you have allowed us access to.

Security

All API keys are stored on a secured server and are not publicly available. All uploads to your Facebook page are completed server side to ensure maximum security. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services or Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

6. Will your information be shared with anyonee?

We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

  • Consent. We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information in a specific purpose.
  • Legitimate Interests. We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
  • Performance of a Contract. Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
  • Legal Obligations. No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user's account .

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services or Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

Our service will allow your customers to check-in before they arrive at the venue for their activity. In some cases minors will attend the venue but they will be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You can define what the age treshold is for minors in the TatuZone Dashboard, by default the age is 14. The data we record for minors is forename, surname and date of birth - this will be provided by the accompanied parent or guardian.

10. Email Marketing

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may contact us using the contact information provided.

11. Do we make updates to this policy?

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
